About this Community

The Safe Harbor I and Safe Harbor II projects are located approximately a half mile apart in the Wilmington neighborhood of Los Angeles. When completed, they will provide permanent supportive housing to 88 families at risk of or who have experienced homelessness and mental health or substance use challenges.

TPC Homes is developing the Safe Harbor projects in partnership with Holos Communities. Completion of both projects is expected in Q3 2027.
