About this Community

Mollie Maison is a former motel acquired by the City of Los Angeles through Project Homekey Round 1 and operated as interim housing by The People Concern. TPC Homes is in the process of converting it to 22 fully upgraded studio permanent supportive housing units with in-unit kitchenettes and on-site amenities, including supportive services space and a dog park. Private donations from the Conrad N. Hilton, S. Mark Taper, and Mary Alice Fortin Foundations, as well as a $2 million Community Project Funding Grant from HUD, are financing construction. Completion is expected in Q3 2025.
